"Fast strong WiFi. Small side street, so it is usually not very busy. Good street food nearby (all directions). Get there early, to grab a outlet spot. Usually friends of the staff occupy most outlets from around 9 am. Or just bring a longer splitter and be fine. If you come more often, try to find the shortcut through the parking garage of the shopping center to get to/from the MRT station faster."
