"The State Library of Victoria wifi blocks all ports except 80 and 8080. Cafe itself has seating for a variety of group sizes. Outdoors there are a variety of tables with umbrellas; indoors there are tables for 2 or 4 people, a bar by the window for sitting by yourself at, and a great big table around which I count 16 stools for larger groups. It serves breakfast, lunch, and a moderate variety of drinks."
