  • Best hotel lobby for working in New York City.

Lots of power outlets. Lots of table space.

Airy and spacious and good wifi speeds.

    *Update*
I now split my time between both Arlo’s. The upstairs NoMad Bar has standing tables making my work day much better on my back. The space is semi-dark and windowless. For me, fewer distractions and a pleasure on my eyes. I can get lost in my work.
Have a big breakfast. The restaurant is cooking all day. It smells amazing. You will be hungry all day.

Connect to the secure “arlonomad” wifi. The “Arlo_Guest” wifi is only 10mbps while the secure “arlonomad” is 100+. They do not have a big selection of tea here. Technically they don’t have chai either.

Now that I have been coming to the Nomad on a quasi regualr basis, I can say, be ready to pick up your things and move on a moments notice. They have a lot of events and they do not have the large amount of lobby space as compared to Arol Soho. The staff is very gracious and always makes space available in other areas of the hotel.

This place is amazing. Really cool vibe. Tons of natural light. Big tables to work at. Also a few areas to sit downstairs in the cafe area.

In the upstairs studio library, two long tables seem to fill up pretty fast so get in early. Couches, pillows and nice chairs to work from. Great food and drinks. Fast Wifi. No password just a registration page that requires your email. Can’t say a bad thing about it. A lot of places to plug in
The rooftop is exceptional at night. Didn’t see any plugs up there so make sure you’re at a 100%. Check out the clear floor.
