How did you start working remotely? Was it something you sought out or stumbled into?
We started the CodeChops co-working space in 2011 to provide a critical missing piece to the downtown re-boot.
Do you still work remotely?
Still working remotely and providing a remote working home for a dozen local folks as well as traveling guests.
What do you do for work and for fun?
Personally, I build beer dispensing robots, mobile apps for music events, and promote tech community. For work I’m a software developer.

To tell you the truth, I think you found us. I can’t remember, maybe a press release or some news article?
Any tips you’d like to share for others wanting to or already working remotely?
invest in a great headset with noise canceling mic. it really helps in a shared environment.
Any tips for those wanting to visit and work from your area?
Come downtown and see what the new core reboot has to offer. Great coffee and lunch places as well as a bards for the after work beer with your new co-workers.
What do you like most about Workfrom, and what would you like to see above all else come from us in the next year?
I’d like to see some referrals and a way to showcase the region’s services for remote workers.
