How did you start working remotely? Was it something you sought out or stumbled into?

After living the corporate life for 20-years I decided to quit and become a full-time entrepreneur. Helen Keller’s quote “Life is either a great adventure or nothing” best describes my philosophy in life.
I am passionate about traveling, learning different cultures and entrepreneurship. I’m a digital nomad who left my corporate job with an imperative to help shape societies and communities by cultivating highly successful women entrepreneurs, I also freelance as a sales, marketing and social media manager.

What do you do for work and for fun?

I love to travel and during my spare time I enjoy writing reviews on yelp.

What cities do you call “home” and why do you want to be a Workfrom ambassador?

Currently Houston, TX is my present home. I would like to be an ambassador because I enjoy meeting new people, coordinating events, taking pictures and discovering new places in my city. Additionally, I love to share interesting local businesses I find in the community.

Research the best places to visit while in town and best coffee shops available to conduct work.

A unique community that shares information. I would like to see more people using the website and I would like to help grow the Houston Workfrom community.
