How did you start working remotely? Was it something you sought out or stumbled into?

I always enjoyed doing work remotely when I had a full time office job. Now that I parted ways with said job, I find I am the most focused when I am not at home or in an office but in an environment where others are doing the same as em

What do you do for work and for fun?

I work in advertising and marketing, and enjoy reading and writing, biking around the city, learning more about craft beer, making and drinking good coffee, and integrating Seinfeld quotes into everyday conversation

What cities do you call “home” and why do you want to be a Workfrom ambassador?

I call Astoria home but frequently travel to other areas of NYC. I am always interested in discovering awesome places to do work and have many on my list already that aren’t yet added to your site.

How did you find out about Workfrom and why do you want to bring it to your area?

I stumbled upon it through various internet searches and I believe it is strong in NYC but there are many locations that can be added

Any tips you’d like to share for others wanting to or already working remotely?

Find a place not to far from home that’s comfortable and suits your needs best. Outside versus inside, loud versus quiet, music versus chatter, etc. Make sure you know what you want out of it so you are in the best environment for productivity.

Any tips for those wanting to visit and work from your area?

New York has a plethora of locations that offer free wifi and comfortable environment, just do your research

What do you like most about Workfrom, and what would you like to see above all else come from us in the next year?

I like the ease of use and mission statement, and would love to see it expand both in user base and in locations, and maybe a standalone app should there be demand for one
