How did you start working remotely? Was it something you sought out or stumbled into?

I experienced it once for 6 months while working for a Czech company remotely. It was in Lake Tahoe and it was awesome. Since then I always wanted to be remote. My wishes were listened so I now work remotely for a year for feedly.

What do you do for work and for fun?

Customer Success Hero in Feedly. For fun I run, bike, read books, practice WimHof method (cold exposure and breathing techniques), yoga, cook and hike with my girlfriend.

What cities do you call “home” and why do you want to be a Workfrom ambassador?

Brno. I think there are many remote workers here, but nothing is going on here. There is a great potential for creating a community.

How did you find out about Workfrom and why do you want to bring it to your area?

On Buffer blog. I don’t think there is a strong community here and there should be.

Any tips you’d like to share for others wanting to or already working remotely?

How to keep the energy level throughout the day, how to handle different time zones and the urge to work late at night and keep up with colleagues. How to stay productive and also work while traveling.

Any tips for those wanting to visit and work from your area?

There is a great coworking space here and also tons of cafes with great WiFi
