A laptop-friendly space in Chicago
Come for the homemade biscuit with ginger-sage sausage gravy, stay for the cheery working atmosphere. This counter-serve cafe is popular on weekends, but weekday mornings are just fine to camp with a laptop and enjoy the long co-working table and refillable ceramic mug. The typical Chicago length storefront space has been brightened with a skylight, exposed brick fireplace, and bright kitchen tile. A mix of laptop sitters and moms meeting for midday coffee. Outlets at about half the seats is good enough. Good mix of seating including community table, standing bar, small tables, and a couch space. This is the Lincoln Square location of this place, opened May 2016. The original in Logan Square.
