Beaverton City Library

Workability Rating

"Lots and lots of table space with long power strips down the middle, located upstairs. The main room is usually pretty quiet, with soft conversation. Additionally there is a reading room that is silent. The WiFi is free and consistent, but a bit slow."

  • To me, deafening silence, rather than the hustle and bustle of a vivacious coffee shop. Makes it hard for collaboration by whispering.

  • For more quiet, It’s best to sit as far away from the central stairwell as possible. Lot’s of kids crying and screaming in the stairwell sometimes for 1/2 an hour or more.
