"It's a library run by the beleaguered US Trade Representative. Lots of security. You have to leave backpacks outside. When I was there, on a Friday afternoon, there were lots of teenagers in groups and they were pretty loud, in my opinion. But then, I'm a cranky old guy trying to get my work done."
