"They will ask you to leave if you don't purchase anything. It's common courtesy to buy something if you're planning on working here so it shouldn't be much of an issue.It gets noisy right when school is dismissed as it attracts many of the High School students will walk there from across the street. It's best early in the morning or in the evening."

Excellent drinks (they have Thai tea!) and tasty sandwiches and bites, pleasant baristas, good music, comfortable space inside and a few tables outside (which is dog friendly too).
