"Most underated place to work in Chiang Mai, spacious, farely quiet, average amount of power outlets (so make sure you check before sitting at a table), internet 5 Mb/s but consistent, doesn't drop off and works fast for email, loading web pages, even playing youtube and Netflix. Make sure to check out the top floor (over over the bar where you order), I like that floor the best. If you come early, they may have not turned on the air conditioning upstairs (if you are the first), but they will for you, just ask."

Pin drop seems to be a little off, it is the right street, just 50-100 meters off, trying to update, but just find the Pharmacy (white cross on big green sign). Brain Awake is located on the floor over the Pharmacy.
Most underrated place to work in Chiang Mai. Quiet, consistent internet, 2 floors, (well 3 but one is closed), spacious, cheap coffee and drinks (45-50 bht hot coffee, mocha etc and 50 bht cold fruit smoothies). Highly recommend!
