"First had trouble to connect to WIFI and Workfrom's speed test shows low speed, but on Speedtest.net it shows 8/10 mbps now. Music is too loud, seats are ok, but not comfortable for long time. Prices are average here, latte and flat white rm10.6 and taste good."

Fantastic. Great food. Brilliant coffee. Good service. I’m soon to be a local.
Great coffee at affordable prices. Plenty of seating options (indoor/outdoor/sitting or standing).
You will want to wear headphones if you need to focus as the music and ambient conversations can be distracting. Wi-Fi speeds were reliable and decent for working (not sure about video).
The WIFI is very unreliable now. If works, then high speed, but sometimes drops connection and doesn’t allow to reconnect for 10-20 minutes.
