"The front half of the restaurant is "self serve". As in, order at the counter, get your own drink refills, etc, but no tip expected.The back and bar area has a server / bartender, and thus you order at your seat and naturally a tip is expected.Apparently the small fountain drink doesn't have refills, but the large one does."
