"This is modern decor, open layout, larger sized cafe. It has a nice outdoor area with a really nice view, one of the best I've seen in Tbilisi. It is open late, so during meal hours, it can be temporarily crowded, other times of day, there is a lot of space. The WiFi is provided by signing in as a guest to the Raddison Blu network."
