"It is close to the university and seems to cater to university students, more to the locals (staff speaks English with each other and not Dutch). The tables near the entrance at the window is a laptop free zone. But small screens are allowed. The place is connected to a clothes store if you feel like buying a new outfit.They also provide options for kids seating, albeit the chairs are a bit hidden. There is no bike parking outside, but a bit further down the road."
