What is a credit?
A credit is equal to one day of access at your coworking space.
What happens when someone books?
When someone books at your space, they’ll do so on the day they are visiting. You’ll receive an email with their name, email address and a confirmation number. They’ll receive the same email that includes any special instructions for access your space.
Who will be booking at my space?
Anyone with a Workfrom account can book at your space. This will be your local remote workers, freelancers, entrepreneurs, startup founders and distributed teams.
What does someone expect when they arrive?
All we ask for is a clear way for someone to access your space, whether via someone at your front desk or an access code. From there our members love access to any coffee or tea, and will sit in the community space of your location (no dedicated desk necessary).
How does payment work?
During beta, we are paying out $10 per visit. We’ll send this to you using your preferred way of payment. Payouts are made on the 5th of the following month.
What do you mean when you say “in beta”?
Workfrom has been been helping people discover new places to get work done since 2014. The usage of credits and booking coworking spaces was launched earlier this year. That means that our pricing model is in it’s first iteration, and is likely to change as bookings on our platform grow.
