Estate Coffee
"Spacious with lots of seating, but outlets are limited. I've spotted 3 electrical outlets at different locations close to the entrance, at the small tables. There's some music and you might hear noises from the espresso machines and the kitchen and occasional calls from the staff about orders that are ready, but it's not overbearing if you're properly mic'ed up for conference calls. Would suggest avoiding the speakers if noise level is an issue. There are two wifi access points, EstateCoffee and EstateCoffeeM. They have the same password, but the EstateCoffee has a significantly worse connection since it's in the 2.4GHz band and interferes with a lot of other APs (and is potentially also more loaded with users.) EstateCoffeeM, however, is much more stable as it uses the 5GHz band and was the sole access point on that band when I visited.Coffee's good, and a few wholesome food options (beyond simple pastries that most cafés have.)"

In 2018, they have a passwordless wifi option that lasts three hours.
The music was pretty loud, several outlets available but not everywhere.
Wifi situation is annoying. You have to request a log in and password for the wifi which expires in an hour or two.
