"Most if not all outlets are in the back. Look for the outlets under the seat, near the floor. A key is needed for the bathroom, so just make sure to pick it up near one of the seats. Wifi is free, however, sometimes it doesn't work. Parking is very limited, this might be why it has low traffic, and therefore quite. Parking on the street, but I haven't explored around the area.
