Lobby is crowded with no accessible outlets but is the best place I to do conference calls / etc, as the reading rooms in the upper levels are very quiet. I went to the 3rd floor Art wing which has outlets good wifi.
On nice days you might be able to snag a table outside and still connect to the library wifi
