Get to the 2nd fl. Much quiter up there (just ask for the fan and A/C to be turned out). They have a large selection of teas which i recommend. You can get one pot that makes at least 2 cups of tea. They’ll also provide you extra water for another steep = 4 cups for 20,000+ kip. WiFi was the best I found in LP (apart from the apartment I was staying in)
