"Crowded with "morning routine" people around 9am but by 9:30am it clears out and most people are remote workers. (If you go before 9:30am be warned that you get glared at by morning regulars when you pull out your laptop, even if you're being considerate, sharing tables with other laptop users, etc.) Parking is street parking, the closest spaces are paid spaces but there are other 2 hour spaces along Leary Ave NW that are free about a block away."
