"Coffee/beerspace in the parking lot of Kanith Place. Tons of space, tables, couches, and plenty of outlets along the high-top outside. Super empty around lunchtime, and really tasty coffee drinks. Recommend the coconut latte. Music is a bit loud for an empty space and wifi can drop in and out, unfortunately, so it's not great for wifi calls or video -- but fine if you don't mind the occasional inconsistency."
