"This is the executive building for a community college, and is open to the public. They have a breakroom on the 2nd floor, which has vending machines and a microwave. There is ample seating with access to outlets, and outside the breakroom, there are clusters of tables and chairs. Downstairs in the lobby, there are sofas and comfy lounge chairs, and there is a courtyard area next to the public parking garage. There is plenty of parking available at this location and they have security onsite."
