Coopers
"Fun little place in a slightly less stuffy area compared to the Cove area of La Jolla. Pretty mellow. Parking on the side streets is available, but tough to find on a sunny weekend day. They have pastries, salads, sandwiches, and coffees available. Seats outside too. It's got a bit of a funny smell in here, but I'm sure it's cuz of the oldness of the building. Can sit outside if needed."

This changed hands and name a year or two ago and is now Coopers. It’s still a great place to hang out and work. The staff are friendly and the coffee’s good.
