Great option for coworking type space outside of Dojo. A lot less busy, and also has a day pass option which is nice if you still like to explore other places. Amazing view of the rice fields. It’s also shaded and open enough to get a breeze and stay cool vs cooped up in a warm room. Super nice staff 🙂

The cugh house is now renamed to district canggu, which has its own listing.

  • check out our website for details, photos, events, etc. at http://www.cughhouse.com

while our ground floor is geared towards a resto cafe and bar vibe, our first floor is dedicated as a space for those who purchase a fibreoptic broadband packages; we’re calling it the c’work space, designed for those who like to be in a cafe environment with a bit of this and that going on nearby. here, you’ll get high-speed (25 mbps) fibreoptic broadband (with 15 mbps backup) at a competitive price (see below) in bali. we provide a mix of seating options using tables at high, normal and low heights in different areas with specific purposes in mind; for example, an air-conditioned quiet room, group spaces and an open lounge space. we offer a range of seating from hard chairs, sofas, beds, lounge chairs to adjustable ergonomic, office chairs.

in the near future, we will add the following:
    1) open an extra smaller room geared towards coders who like standing desks with low light and/or hired meetings/events.
    2) glass sliding door to close off an open space for private meetings.
    3) 1-2 smaller booths for short private video or phone calls where your conversation cannot be overheard.

additionally you can also enjoy anything from the menu up here too.

as an extra perk, we have a roof terrace, extending the c’work space when it isn’t hired out for small private events.

additionally, we have a free shower facility if you want to freshen up, and free lockers if you want to go for a surf, get some exercise in or pop downstairs and meet your friends for a meal or drink without having to worry about your valued belongings.

we do provide free 2-hour access 6 mbps on the ground floor when customers order anything from the menu.

on Friday evenings from 19:00 until closing we have live dj’s on the ground floor playing deep and tech house music at a higher volume than all other days and hours. normally we play a range of chill music and volumes that should not distract the average remote worker. we will look into solutions to create a sound barrier for Friday nights if this becomes a busy time for remote workers; currently it is not.
