"This private coworking space has an open kitchen right in the same space as other co-workers, which means there is a constant conversation. Many of the desks are semi-permanently taken so for a floating or day-pass co-worker you don't actually have access to many of the nicer desks, and no private access except one phone room. Enerspace's website promises "easy street parking" but in reality it's pretty rough during working hours (I circled for 20 minutes). Wifi was the slowest I've seen in a paid space."
