"A spacious academic library owned by self-proclaimed "most community-engaged universities in Portland." It is located in a quiet Concordia neighborhood just off Dekum and 29th (TriMet 17 and 75). There are parking lots but they require permit. On-street parking is possible on NE Rosa Parks Way between 29th and 30th. Usually the library is quiet in the late evening hours. WiFi ("Guest") is both speed- and port-restricted and requires to re-login every 60 minutes. It is not recommended if your work makes heavy use of Internet connectivity."
