"Bar/cafe, slow during weekday afternoons. No noted wifi time limit. Background music (currently reggae). Padded booths/seats are a nice plus. Lots of tables, including a nice back patio. Some street noise (from HWY 99) but easy street parking. Outlets are on the walls adjacent almost all the indoor booths. Bar seating (is circular, in the middle of the room) has no outlets, and bar stools are anchored to the floor, so no room to stand and work here. 21+ bar (but feels more like a restaurant/cafe)."
