The office is the only structure on the rooftop, which houses a thread company manufacturer on the bottom 2 floors. The office/ workshop is approximately 1,500 sq ft and includes a kitchen and recording studio. The rooftop faces I10 to the North and has a wash of ambient traffic noise. A 6 foot perimeter wall obstructs the view of traffic if standing on the roof. A 3 foot wall with railings faces the east and the south. Perfect for an open air yoga class, dance class or meeting. Offers great views of the Downtown LA panorama from the south. Lots of sunlight and beautiful golden hours. 2 bathrooms on site. Office can be used as production home. Freight elevator available, but only to the second floor- there is another flight of stairs to access the roof. Open outdoor space behind and in front of the office structure make for good workspace.
