"Ample free parking, open and spacious with plenty of work space on the tables. Chairs are very hard to sit on for long period though. Open later than most coffee shops in this area. Wifi is strong, and open. Diverse crowd, not too noisy, and has large garage doors that I assume are open when weather is warmer."
