"This place is great for 3 reasons. Fast wifi, quiet and plenty of parking. I work from coffee shops when traveling. This one is awesome. The internet is not amazingly fast but low latency which really makes it feel responsive. Plenty of sandwiches and snacks to choose from. There is plenty of parking which can be a real problem in Portland. The owner is really nice which is why I am posting this listing.A nice open space with plenty of natural light and seating indoors and outdoors. I only found four accessible outlets, two of which could also be accessed outdoors if the windows are open. Street parking is available for vehicles and bike racks are limited."
