Great coffee and space, but the wifi us AWFUL!!
Crowded, tight space, but I usually think of coffee shops like this as I do parking – and usually a space opens up soon enough. Great vibe, friendly baristas, and a gorgeous open space.
Not as crowded as Royal Grounds down the street, but St. Frank closes earlier.
Ample light from overhead as well as skylights and windows. Clean, minimal interior design gives a zen ambiance.
