Seattle Sunshine Coffee +2
"Seattle Sunshine Coffee is a fairly new venue for great coffee, sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. Parking is off-street and sometimes I have had to walk a block or two but hey, good exercise! There is plenty of room to spread out and work, have a conversation and enjoy the space. The staff are wonderful and I can see this place becoming a "go to" spot for work and gathering with friends. There are two floors of seating and ample natural light. They have great baked goods from local bakeries including some of the better gluten free bakeries in Seattle. Their tea selection is nice and is loose leaf they bag for you. Super friendly staff, power access at perimeters on both floors. Even at the couple of couches they have."

This is a really nice space! Not crowded, in my neighborhood, some couches, great cold brew. The only complaint I have is that the music is pretty loud and distracting.
