They have tea and some pastries as well. Lots of seating and power outlets along the wall (with USB ones, as well). Friendly staff that are helpful if you have questions about their coffee. 100% of the the proceeds support Hope For The Day, an organization that apparently advocates and provides services for mental health education and suicide prevention (from what’s written on the walls).
From my understanding, the staff are also trained to provide information to anyone that has questions or needs help. I don’t think they’re therapists, but they can help people in the right direction.
