There are three main areas you can work at in the library.
The first is the Mitchell Wing, which is the big Hogwarts-lookin space. It’s super quiet there and water is permitted.
The second is the Marie-Bashir reading room which is also quiet but certain study groups that come and go can be a bit loud. Food, drink and bags are not permitted here but not to worry since lockers are available for hire ($2 for 4 hours!).
The last place most people work at is the Verandah, which despite the name is actually indoors. It’s right outside the reading room and has plenty of daylight. Bags, food and drink is permitted here and because of this it can get rather busy.
“You can connect to the Library’s free wi-fi in all public areas of the Library. You don’t need a login, password or Library card.”

Water and drinks aren’t permitted but there are lockers nearby for storing drinks, bags and other items.
WiFi only works for HTTP(S). If you want SSH, vpn connections etc. look elsewhere (or workaround)
