"WiFi is not great (unreliable, slow when working).Restrooms are not very clean, shared with other small businesses in building. Parking is very limited (a little more behind the apartments). Some is poorly labeled and doesn't feel safe to use (for fear of being towed).That said, the coffee is very good (I buy beans here), and once you get to know staff they're great (can be a bit gruff at first, some of them), and it's rarely too noisy or too crowded (usually plenty of people there, but not too hard to find a seat).So far this review sounds negative, but I should practically be paying rent at this place. It's not like being at a resort lobby, but it is cozy, once familiar."
