"Really lovely and bright cafe spot with floor to ceiling windows. Great to get work done, have a small client or colleague meeting, or just lounge around. They have three generous areas where laptops are allowed; two large communal tables and a window bar area. There are whimsical signs that encourage regular purchases to stay, which makes sense. I imagine rent is exorbitant here. And then there are laptop free-zones for folks that just want to stay for a chat. The vibe is minimal and zen, a great respite from the chaos of the streets. And a nice deviation from the mess of Chinatown bakeries, even though I love them too. Just not to sit at.WiFi seems to be at a good speed, had a couple of down times but overall very reliable.They play a generally good selection hipster-cool music at a non-obtrusive level. Seems to vary a bit on the whims of the barista in charge.There’s the standard cafe menu, with some unique specialties like black sesame lattes and sparkling fruity frescas. And a good smattering of small bites from local vendors. The baristas are friendly, and they have a huge chalkboard wall to play with. What more could you want from a mom and pop cafe.Overall, I highly recommend this space. Just don’t take my favorite spot by the window."
