The Library at The NoMad
"This is a fancy dark public cafe and library in the back of the Nomad Hotel. Walk in the doors on the first floor lobby and through the restaurant to the bar in the back, then turn left. There's a curated collection of books on different topics. You will be greeted by a waiter; the space is full-service. Intelligentsia espresso and cold brew, and a decent selection of teas, as well as a few baked goods. They also have a full menu. Antique leather chairs and couches, small knee-high tables and two normal-height tables. It's fairly quiet, but sometimes they play music and it gets up to average level. It was half-full of hotel customers when I was there, but I don't think the public knows about it at all."
