They updated the wifi! Jan 2020. Much faster and it doesn’t expire after awhile.
The place is beautiful, art work all over, a lot of natural light! I was there in the afternoon, sat outside on the patio and it had a nice breeze. Several seating options, small and large tables. The place is very cool, the music and noise level in general are low, even though there were a couple groups of people talking. Internet was fast but I had to use 4 different usernames in 3 hours, it’s not clear how long each one is supposed to last for. Overall, one of the best cafés I’ve worked from.
I’d say this is the most hip place to work in Tulum. Very open concept that lets the breeze in, a lot of beautiful art around. They also do events during the week 🙂 Great food, delicious drinks and smoothies. You do have to purchase something for the wifi password but it lasts about 2 hours, but I’ve heard mixed so it may be a little less or more. Not sure what determines it.
