This location is no longer a coffee shop. It is now the brick and mortar branch of Gastromania (which also has a cart on 1st and Columbia). Great food, but I doubt there’s wifi or workspace now.

B Squared is now called Piada X and is run under new management. They have more food options, including paninis. They don’t have a website, but this is the link to their Facebook page:
