My partner started working nearby recently, and I find myself landing at this spot with greater frequency to get through my remote work. Kind staff, a couple quiet spaces, and super easy, unobtrusive music choices if you happen to forget your headphones. The food is just okay, better if you catch them early for a fresher pastry, but overall this is one of the best places I’ve found in Portland so far.
This is a bit out of the way but if you find yourself in the St. John’s area I would highly recommend stopping here. Open, airy space with many different table set ups. Interesting drink choices (they had an apple chaider, apple juice mixed with chai, to celebrate autumn). Only wished some of their in-house made pastries were vegan 🙂 Best to go when the weather is nice as they open the garage door then.
