10 of the Coziest Coffee Shops to Work and Study from in Bangkok

Living, working and studying in a big city sometimes can be very tough. Skytrains, metro stations, busses, taxis…Ughh! By the time you get back home from classes it might be too late to start your studies. And even though I am very lucky to live within walking distance of my university, I still love to spend a few hours in a cozy place reading, preparing blog posts for my internship or working on my assignments. The rich aroma of coffee, lights and people indulged in their work will make you feel nothing but inspired and motivated.

A good thing about Bangkok is that no one will try to kick you out or bother you every 30 minutes (like they do in some countries) if your order “only” consists of one coffee and you’re sitting, peacefully doing your stuff.

Well, if you are in Bangkok, there is also no problem with getting street coffee at almost every corner! Right? Unfortunately, it doesn’t come with free Wi-Fi and comfortable seats. So, if you are desperately craving for coffee, hold on a minute…I will help you find a place you’ll not only like, but love with all your heart!

Oh! And yes, if you find yourself stuck ’till late night, don’t worry. There is an excellent GrabTaxi app, which automatically locates and books a taxi near you.

As of October 2015, roast does not have working wifi. It’s also not much of a coffee shop, heavy emphasis on restaurant aspect. Not a conducive atmosphere to working.
