"Well hidden from the road - it's in the atrium inside the Ministry building so you need to go through a long corridor (or up steps from the Kate Sheppard Place entrance). Buried right in the heart of the government sector, so it does get quite busy, but it's big so you should be fine. Mid-range and acid jazz music (though the atrium is pretty echoey so you'll only hear it down near the main counter)."
