PINTS Urban Tap Room
"Coffee and breakfast items served every morning. Between 10am and 4pm, it's surprisingly calm and quiet, but fills up for happy hour. Difficult parking, but right on MAX and several bus lines. Good bike parking. Off the beaten path spot that is larger than it looks at first and never too crowded. They brew their own beer, don't expect Boneyard or Crux quality. Haven't tried the coffee yet. Decent happy hour.Happy Hour: 3pm-6pm and 9pm-close (Mon-Sat); All day (Sun)."

Great place with coffee (free drip refills) in the AM and beer in PM. Bar in the front has seating for ~25 and the dinning area in the back offers more space and is usually quieter. They don’t have a ton of power outlets but it has never really been an issue for me.
This is one of my favorite places to work from in the mornings. It’s quiet, almost never busy and the staff is always very friendly. Definitely recommended.
