Quality wifi connection through the Ace Hotel. Not a ton of working space, but there are some couches and a couple high bar stools to work on
Seating access is very hit and miss—it’s often taken up by hotel guests, or just by fellow lingerers. More problematic, at least for me, there’s no tables to work at, and no seats that aren’t somewhat painful couches. So for extended laptop work, this one is a no-go.
Fantastic coffee though! More of a place to drop in and get a latte, to my mind, than a place to sit down and do some real work.
Have you seen the crows nest just up the stairs that overlooks the area you described? There is a few tables up there that are better for extended laptop work.
