"There's an outlet on the deck next to the "buddy bar" where you can comfortably sit solo or with a group. It's a floating bar/restaurant on the Columbia, so consider "non-rush-hours" as the best times to squeeze in some work. It's a Sunday afternoon, and I've managed to spend a productive hour in the cool sunshine -- and charge my devices. It does require a bit of a walk from the parking lot down the marina ramp ... how steep depends on the water level. Only open Seasonally -- not in the winter."
