"Tully's is a chain. This location has decent WiFi but it did drop on me at least once. There's a good amount of seating (indoor and outdoor) and some food beyond pastries. There are half a dozen of us working here at them moment. Noise level is pretty average. I can hear conversations nearby and the music is very low."
